S.T.S. World School is an institution with a difference. Here every effort and initiative is directed towards building the basic foundations of a child's personality.

STS World School was actually the dream of Sant Gurmail Singh ji who wanted to serve the human race. According to him the best way was by educating the society. This dream has been turned into reality by his worthy son Sant Surinder Singh ji , He took upon himself the task of igniting the minds of children by providing them a school which boosts of world class infrastructure. The school was inaugurated on 14th Feb, 2011 by the Deputy CM of Punjab S.Sukhbir Singh Badal. Since then there's no looking back. The first chairman of the school was Sant Surinder Singh ji who was a very versatile personality. Equally talented his wife Mrs. Malti  is the present Chairman of the school.

The principal of the school is Mrs. Prabhjot Gill who has experience of teaching in public schools for 20 years. The academic year started on 4th April, 2011. The school has on rolls 700 students. The school follows CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) pattern based on CCE (Continuous Comprehensive evaluation). Keeping in mind the requirements of today's generation, the school is trying to impart education through 'Applied learning' the school capacities along with giving them the right moral values to meet the ever emerging challenges of the 'World Order of Today'. The school is in 10 acres. It has well manicured lawns and big play ground. There are 48 class rooms in the main school and 12 class rooms in the pre-primary building called the Kid's Kingdom. There is a swimming pool and a splash pool in the school.

There is a big Audio-Visual room with seating capacity of about 100 students. There are two Activity rooms, Music room, Dance room, Art room, and a Yoga room. A well equipped library with about 2500 books is there for the students. There are different labs in the school building for eg. Science lab, Computer lab, Maths lab and language lab. The number of activities like Karate, Skating, Swimming, Yoga, Music and Dance. Sports like Volley-ball, Basket-ball, Badminton, Kabbadi, Kho-Kho and Soccer are taught to the students. The school will be introducing Horse Riding very shortly. A beautiful cafeteria to meet the requirements of the students is provided on one side of the school. To keep pace with technology, the school has Wi-Fi connectivity. Deserving students, who attain more than 95% marks are given 100% scholarship. Financial assistance is provided to economically backward students
